I recently visited Liquor Land in Porirua and unfortunately had a negative experience. The staff were unhelpful and seemed quite rude. Customer service really makes a difference in creating a good shopping experience, and sadly, that was lacking during my visit. I hope management can address this and improve the atmosphere in the store.
Met an amazing gal here who knew stuff. What's in and what's not. Problem solved a birthday wish for roadie mimosas. She nailed it. Sorry didn't catch this employees name. I think she had some pink hair going on. Girl deserves an award for customer service!
BEWARE of the pricing. They do not honour ticketed prices. Prices are all different and although the sale price says any two Kahlua...... when I took the salted caramel to the counter apparently any two does not apply to it. Besides see the unit pricing which says original price and the green sticker price and note the difference..... so buyer be aware.
Good range of spirits, especially gin and scotch.
Wide options with some good deals.
Older lady there was very helpful. Young gentleman was also polite when being served.

Great service,I was informed within an hour that my order was ready for collection.At the pick-up point,the staff member was friendly and cheerful,and brought the order to me immediately. Have visited many times in person since lockdown. Always friendly and helpful staff. A clean,tidy and well organised stock, with a great selection and good prices.
Great selection of drinks. Great layout in store. Easy to find what you're looking for, with a great range of products, and prices are very reasonable. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products on offer. Always a pleasure shopping here
