The service was warm, polite & hospitable. A huge selection of goods at various prices made it fun to shop & ease of choice. I recommend a visit, if just to sample some of their amazing selections of coffee, cheeses, biscuits & a lot more. You will not be disappointed. “I use the delivery option...the personal shoppers are always very good at substituting items that are out of stock and also when there's free samples, they're good at making judgements and choosing based on the rest of my shopping. The delivery people are very nice too, my dog yells at them but they calm her down by chatting to her through the door. Using the delivery saver is cheaper than it would be for me to travel there and I don't have to carry anything up/down stairs or hills”
