Have just purchased a Stihl weedeater and never felt better, based on the outstanding informative easy to understand non pushy communication shared by Crystal with me regarding all stihl weedeaters. WOW that young lady knows her stuff when it comes to all stihl equipment wether it be battery run or petrol, chainsaw or weedeater and hedge trimmers . Really impressed that I purchased a quality weedeater understanding how to use it correctly, maintenance requirements, pros and cos of battery versus petrol (ended up with a petrol one) and the feeling that I purchased it becasue at the end of the day the information given to me helped me make up my own mind about what would work best for my own requirements. Bought Pyro Mini from the shop and used their recommended installer. Communication between all parties was first class with consents installation and approval all done very smoothly. The fire itself is very impressive, logs burn down to next to nothing. Very easy to re-light from just a few embers morning after. Gives out very steady heat for hours.

Have had several machines serviced here and brought a mower for my business, great team and easy to deal with. Nice shop as well
Tried these guys twice for repairs. 1st time I took my line trimmer in after I snapped a drive shaft and got charged $65 for someone to tell me they couldnβt fix it because they could not get the parts. 2nd time I took my chainsaw in to replace the chain oil nipple. Got a callback to come pick it up because it was an old model without a chain brake, they wouldnβt repair it. Wonβt waste my time with them again and when I do buy replacements itβll be from somewhere else
Have had a fairly spotty history with annual servicing of family lawn mower. This time at Stihl was totally painless. Pavement outside neatly lipped to allow a seamless roll in. Well laid out shop with bright aspect and young enthusiastic staff. Mower came back early and looking brand new. Sensible price. Impressive. Staff very happy to help with getting the mower into our car.
Went in to purchase new chainsaw, best service I've experienced in a very !ong time, knowledgeable and helpful staff, asked what my needs were and suggested the perfect saw. Will definitely be going back in future when I replace my old weed eater. Highly recommend Stihl Porirua.
