“I entered the Sketchers store on Cuba St, Wellington. I was welcomed with a warm greeting from Jonty. They immediately asked if they could be of assistance. I was on the hunt to replace my favourite pair of Sketchers, he immediately brought out all the colour options in my size. Helped me figure out I needed the wide fit. There was a specific colour-way I was after. They checked all the options and found them available online. They answered all my questions with confidence. They set-up my order as a distant order. As someone who works in management in a retail store I always appreciate exceptional service. Jonty provided exceptional, friendly, customer service. I would hire them. Thank you.”

“I spoke with a lady named Lara , who had patience and took her time explaining to me what I didn't understand until i understood , she involved abit of humor to make the call more easy going, which I appreciated and was just lovely to work with over the phone with her. She helped me get what I was looking for and made all the benefits of AA aware to me which makes me want to stay with AA. “Been walking past this place for years so I'd decide to check this place out for dinner had a couple of tacos with beef cheese lettuce and garlic sauce and everything mixed together the flavor was enhanced and it was very yummy. Customer service the person there was very polite respectful and welcoming and prepped my food with a lot of care five stars for service and the food. the place was clean and tidy and will definitely be checking out this place again.”

“Hotel has a small entrance foyer with stairs and a ramp for entry. The entry from the ramp should have an automatic door opening as handling luggage while trying to open the door was difficult. The door opens to the street. Once inside the staff were great. There is no valet service at this hotel Room was very clean and tidy. The bed was a bit small probably a queen size but comfortable.. Bathroom was huge and sparkling. Entertainment ie TV was limited to TV channels only ie no streaming service available. No casting from your phone for streaming.”

“5 Stars all day! Called up about a faulty LG fridge under warranty and the technician was able to fit me in the same day. Was informed I would be called sometime around 2. Technician called at 2, was at my place by 2:30. Inspected the fridge, and informed me I would need a replacement! Great guy, really helpful and informative! Highly recommend! Thanks again for coming out so quickly!”

“Typical dominoes with no issues from my first order there. Was made quickly, nice and hot and tasted great. There's quite a few other fast food/pizza restaurants right next door, so plenty of competition in the area.”
