“A warm and supportive environment which has allowed our child to flourish. There is a calmness about the creche in the morning that helped our daughter settle far more quickly than expected. The older sibling, now loving Brooklyn School down the road, still talks fondly of the creche teachers she had four years ago and can be hard to move when we do the morning drop off!”
“RECENT PARENT FEEDBACK "Our son has been at Early Years Redwood for almost 2 years now, since he was 15mth old. In this time has had some amazing carers who he has formed great bonds with. In recent months we have noticed a great improvements in the Toddlers room, such things as ensuring the physical environment is the best it can be for the children e.g. sleeping area is separate from the rest of the group. And increasing the range and variety of organised activities for the children to participate in. We are very happy with the choice to send our son to Early Years Redwood and plan to keep him there until he begins school" - October 2013.”
“The Space program was very beneficial and the teachers Heather and Maria are so kind and dedicated!”
“Holistic approach to childcare and development. Passionate teachers. Environment Friendly. There may be a waiting list so get in quick.”
“Love the kindy. Teachers are awesome. Great settup. Both my kids love(d) it here”
“We are happy to have got a place for our son here. The teachers are professional, nurturing and of course lovely. They understand the needs of the child and the expectations of the parents and do accordingly in nurturing your child. Teachers are so welcoming and I have had chance to see how they help the children grow. End of the day what brings peace to a working mom is to know that her child is happy, safe and well taken care of.”
“Elim International Kids has been such a blessing for our whānau. The staff are incredibly warm and caring. Our son has been with them since he was 8 months old, and we've always felt genuinely supported. When he moved into preschool, he had a speech and language delay and would sometimes bite out of frustration. It was a really stressful time, but the team never judged us. They worked with us to come up with a plan and stuck with it. Thanks to their patience and care, we’ve seen so much growth in him. What we love most about EIK is the way they care for the whole child. Their play-based approach encourages curiosity and discovery, and they create such a welcoming environment for all cultures. Events like the Matariki whānau evening and different language weeks are celebrated with genuine enthusiasm. The food is also amazing, they offer a wide variety and even ask parents for input to include meals our kids love at home. Thank you so much to the incredible EIK team for always creating a wonderful and warm place for our tamariki!”
“My third child is enrolled here. The best teachers. My kids love going everyday. I have an autistic child who’s very happy here.”
“Have really enjoyed our experience at this kindy for both of our children. They have plenty of activities to keep the kids busy and teach them real world skills like growing food and baking, as well as raising chickens, amongst all of the play activities as well.”
“The best playgroup in Wellington! Karen, the coordinator is just lovely and it feels like coming home each week.”
“I went here and it was one of the best experiences of my life”
“cool as places send the small ones here.”
“Great kindergarten fabulous staff and my son loves it so much! Fantastic resources too.”
“This is the first place we’ve left our daughter and we couldn’t be happier. Pip and Hannah helped us settle her in and she absolutely loves her sessions here. The teachers really care about the kids and it has a happy, homely feel. I would happily recommend Ngaio Childcare to anyone.”
“My second child went to Daisies and I love it. I chose Daisies as I'd always see the kids out an about in the neighbourhood. My son has been on trips to the pool, park, Mitre10 to buy plants for the garden, and even hiked up Mt Kaukau/Tarikaka several times. The kids are expected to take their cups and plates to the kitchen after every meal, and he's even learnt to put pen lids back on when he's finished. They encourage his interests and do well at teaching him how to play with others as well as prepping him for school. Thanks Daisies”
“A friend recommended Countrylife to us and we are so glad we moved our child to Countrylife after two years at a bigger centre. It was the best decision we made for our child at that time. We have been part of the Countrylife whanau for just over two years now. The teachers are the most caring, genuine, and kindest kaiako who truly value our child’s individuality, supportive of our child’s interests and goals, and work closely with us as parents to make sure our child’s needs are met. Being a smaller centre, there’s a sense community among whanau inside and outside of Countrylife. The centre itself is big, with a large outdoor play area surrounded by trees and nature. The food provided is also excellent, nutritious and fresh! After joining Countrylife, our child is no longer a picky eater and now enjoys the different types of food. We will be very sad to leave Countrylife once our child starts school but will definitely be recommending it to family and friends.”
“Great environment, friendly staff, lots to play and learn with, very helpful and accomadating to first time parents/familys in general. Awesome place for a child to learn and grow.”
