After visiting many Preschools in our area, my wife and I were over the moon when an opening at Peninsula Early Learning was available for my son, as it was our 1st preference. All staff are phenomenal! Caring, engaged and always smiling. The premises and outside play areas are fantastic. The preschool has well planned daily, and weekly activities for the kids which are really thought through and seeing how happy my son is there is a solid confirmation we made the right decision. I can not speak more highly of the place.

I have been lucky enough to send both my daughters (with one still attending at present) to Peninsula Early Learning and would say without a doubt it is the best preschool in the area. The staff are absolutely wonderful and amazing with the children in their care. The centre has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere with lots to do and both my children really found their confidence here. There is a real focus on nature and the weekly nature walks are always the highlight of my daughter’s week! Highly recommend this wonderful place.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Peninsula Early Learning. From the moment we enrolled our son, it was clear that the preschool truly values the connection between learning and nature. The teaching team is amazingly supportive, kind and teacher child ratios are fantastic. We feel very informed and up to date with the Educa portal. One of the many highlights for our son has been the weekly nature walks, exploring the local beaches and parks. The school visits for the older children have been invaluable, and my son feels confident to begin his school journey with one of the local schools in the area next year. Another big bonus for us is the preschool does not close during the school holidays!

We feel incredibly lucky to have found this wonderful centre! We were a bit nervous about transitioning our daughter out of home based care after a bad early experience at daycare, but it has been an amazing addition to her life - she loves the kind and nurturing teachers, nature-based activities, and her new friends. We couldn’t recommend it more!

Peninsula Early Learning has been such a supportive environment for both my daughter and our whānau. The kaiako are all incredible teachers and so kind. They always have the child’s interest at the forefront of decisions. The ratios are great and the weekly nature walk programme and quarterly trips exceeded my expectations. My daughter absolutely loves being able to explore the local beaches or community on these trips. We have loved being part of the preschool community and feel very lucky to have found this beautiful space for our tamariki.

Awesome place so happy our son goes here, we feel very lucky to be part of the PEL community. We couldn't think of a better place for him to go before school. He loves learning words, songs, stories and science, as well as doing puzzles and playing outside with the other children. He thrives on the nature based curriculum and adventures. The teachers and general community vibe are also wonderful, and it is a beautiful preschool both the indoors and amazing outdoor spaces!

Peninsula is the most amazing preschool ever. Mikayla and the teachers are so dedicated, caring and inspiring. My son gained so much confidence and resilience. He has since settled in brilliantly to school, thanks to his time at Peninsula. All the nature experiences have set him up for life-long healthy habits, like being physically active and enjoying the outdoors. I'm now starting my younger daughter there as early as I can. Very well place! All the teachers are so lovely calm and gentle. Very well organise and thought of each week learning activities for the childrens. The preschool has two seperate little cottage houses for art and carpenter activies next to a nice sandpit on the outside area with planty area for childrens to explore to many kinds of activities ie. messy play, gardening, art and craft, clay play, etc. and also weekly excursions. So peacful environtment for the children to be there while they're learning through play! We're so great that our kids be able to be part of this preschool. We're so in love with this preschool since we first visited.

This is a wonderful preschool with an amazing environment, the staff are extremely caring and take the time to teach the children kindness, respect and a appreciation for our environment. Gardening, weekly excursions and lots of time spent outside in their gorgeous outdoor space are just a few of the reasons we enjoy this school.
