   We have had a wonderful experience with this daycare for our daughter. The teachers are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. We receive regular updates about our daughter’s progress, which gives us great peace of mind. They also provide meals, allowing her to try different foods she may not have at home. Another highlight is the opportunity to connect with other families through the daycare’s organised events and family gatherings. Highly recommend!

   From the very first visit, we felt a sense of belonging and trust. What could have been a daunting transition was made smooth and full of aroha by the incredible teachers and staff. City Kids has been our village — nurturing, guiding, and celebrating our boys every step of the way. The care, the community, the celebrations of culture, the encouragement of creativity and confidence — every part of this journey has been a gift. To any parents or whānau considering City Kids: I cannot recommend this centre enough. If you have the opportunity to send your children here, take it. They are everything you’d hope for in early childhood education — caring, dedicated, inclusive, and genuinely impressive.    My kiddo has loved being at City Kids for the last two and a half years, and I’ve been so happy with our experience here. The teachers are wonderful - caring and communicative, and they build a great group vibe while (somehow!) keeping track of each kid’s learning trajectory and emotional wellbeing. I’ve been so impressed with how they’ve nurtured my son’s interests, and also spotted things where he needed a bit of support and worked on those with him. They’re great about finding ways to incorporate our culture into things too, and I’ve seen them do the same with the many other children who, like us, have family in other parts of the world - it’s a been a very international bunch! I also really appreciated how proactive the team is about setting up activities, both at the centre and also heading out the door and exploring the city. At our two previous daycares outings were really rare, but I don’t think a week has gone by here where my son hasn’t been out on some kind of group adventure, ranging from little walks to the local park to bus rides right across town. It has given him lots of confidence. We will miss City Kids and all the friends he’s made now that he’s starting big kid school - can’t recommend it highly enough!

   My son started at City Kids for just 2.5 month given the situation, we have had such good experience overall. The teachers are amazing and contributed their best for his growth & development, they got to know him quickly and encouraged him wherever necessary. We were listening only the good stuff from our son about city kids and felt it ourselves as well. we had an memorable time/connection with City kids even though it was for a very short while.

   My son started at City Kids at 2 years old, and even though he is our 4th child in childcare, we have never been happier with a preschool. The teachers are actual treasures, they got to know him quickly and are so adaptable to his needs, rather than what is easiest for them. Along with the amazing teachers, City Kids provides quality, thoughtful resources, delicious healthy meals and takes the children on awesome adventures around the city! Most importantly, our son loves preschool and all of his teachers and friends.

   Very disappointed with the new manager in this daycare centre. We had a safety complaint due to an injury my daughter had in the centre, and she didn't even acknowledge the issue. It's really sad the previous manager had to retire, she was really kind and professional. I'm giving only one star due to the seriousness of the injury my daughter had, and the very inappropriate response we received from the manager.

   My son has been attending City Kids for just over a year and we have been really impressed. The ratio of children to teachers is great and the mix of all the ages together seems to work really well. The snapshots that we get through Storypark show the range of activities he gets up to and my son really enjoys it. The quality of the teaching also really stands out and seems better and more involved than at his previous daycare in the UK.

   My son has been going for CityKids for a little bit more than a year, and I am very happy with it. The teachers are great -- they are caring and really support the development of children. Teacher/children ratio is great as well. The kids love playing in the outdoor area, especially the sandbox. And they really embrace diversity. Highly recommend it!

   Our son Leo goes to City Kids - he absolutely loves the teachers and environment they have created. All of the teaching staff are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Lynda the supervisor has a clear love of children and a vision for their learning. It is a very safe and happy place. We like the fact that there are small numbers of children. but it is not expensive. It is also really easy to drop Leo off on our way to work because of the location on Tinakori Rd.
