“Lovely store. Well laid out, spacious, good lighting, good range of products, friendly staff. We are just visiting the area for a short time so could not buy much but my daughter was pleased to find VerMints (the ginger mint flavour, which I was first introduced to by a friend in the US and they can be hard to find in NZ), coconut water, and Proper Crisps corn chips (which can be hard to find in our home town). We also got some Clipper tea advent calendars for her and her sister later this year.”

Maige guided me through the different products and options, especially with the age of use and taking consideration of even the season! So much knowledge and experience shown, very impressed!”

“We shopped around baby shops all over Wellington and the Hutt Valley looking at buying a big ticket item, a mountain buggy pram. Baby City was the best customer service by far and were so helpful answering all our questions. The staff are well trained with their product knowledge and it really made us feel better about spending hundreds on a buggy. Daughter 6 years old bday asked for toy called Furreal Friends Snackin' Sam The Bronto, and she was super helpful in agreeing to help, while I arranged a courier to be shipped for Auckland. “Just purchased a table from this furniture branch in Bunny Street. Great price for a brand new glass-topped table, and the guy behind the counter was super-helpful. Advised us on flat packing, how we can put it together by ourselves or use their service (small price) and let us leave it in the warehouse until we need it in a few weeks' time. Great, because we're renovating and there won't be space until it's finished. Thanks Te Omanga!”
