Went shopping for a dress for my sister and the only one available that she liked was faulty in several places. Loose and pulled threads, as well as unstitched hemming. We asked if there were any available to be transferred from another store, and although there were several in Queentown, and despite providing wonderful customer service otherwise, they refused to do a store-to-store transfer, as it was โagainst store policy.โ When we called the Queenstown store to order it to Wellington, the manager was super helpful and very lovely, but they were also unable to send it, even when we offered to send our own courier bag and pay for any excess shipping costs. The personal experience with the in-store workers was exceptional, and they were so friendly and accommodating at both stores, however they were not the problem. Unfortunately their Head Office would apparently rather protect their policies with shipping and stock than make a sale and provide real customer service.
The manager and in fact all of the lovely ladies who work here, really care about their customers. I will definitely return.

Sorry I couldn't get the shop assistants name. Upon arrival at the shop she greeted me in a professional manner and was very prompt to answer my queries. Would highly recommend Dotti Lower Hutt if your looking for good bargains,ample stock n sizes plus an excellent customer service.

Lovely, friendly, and helpful staff. One staff member picked up our wallet and waited until she saw us walk past later and chased us to return it.. that was top customer service and we appreciated it so much.
