What really stood out to me was the personal service, something that's hard to find these days. Food and drinks 10/10. Pizza is a must try! “We had 3 nights in this air bnb and found it suited our needs admirably. The property was pristine clean and had everything in it for a very comfortable stay. It was beautifully set up reflecting a beach theme. The bed was comfortable as was the lounge seating. We were very warm. The enclosed backyard made this a wonderful place to come with our little dog as he could play outside safely if he wished. I would recommend this place for quality and location. Judith”

“In the 25 years I've lived in New Zealand, I've never experienced hotel service like yesterday. When I requested a room change because the room was a little uncomfortable, the hotel manager was happy to accommodate me. They replaced our room and also split the single bad and adjusted it to the twin bed. All the staff were friendly, the staff serving breakfast in the restaurant were very friendly, and the food was delicious. Also, when I slept at the hotel last night, it was so comfortable and quiet. Thank you to all the hotel staff.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Villa B&B! David and Tatiana are super welcoming and friendly, they greeted us upon arrival, showed around the place and provided great local recommendations for dining and exploring the area. Our room had a great view, and was top notch comfortable and clean. The breakfast was exceptionally good and included crepes, fresh fruit, yoghurt, a selection of jams, cheese and ham, cereal and eggs. Overall, would highly recommend staying with Tatiana and David while you are in the area!”

“We just had our wedding at Eagle Ridge and were lucky enough to stay at the Homestead for 2 nights. I cannot recommend Eagle Ridge highly enough. The accommodation was absolutely next level! We felt so special staying there with our family and friends. The views were stunning, the grounds were beautiful and it was an absolute dream. For the wedding it was so nice being able to turn up and everything was pretty much done for you, nothing was too big or too small for the staff. They handled everything with complete professionalism. The food was delightful, everybody raved about how delicious the food was. And I cannot recommend highly enough the venue, Deborah and her incredible staff.”

“We stayed here for a family wedding and it couldn't have been more enjoyable. The staff and management bent over backwards for us and we could not praise them enough for there efforts. The facilities were excellent and we had the privilege of staying in one of their newly renovated units. Thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the thermal pools after a big day out exploring the area.”

“Staying in our motorhome we must say we were impressed. From the check ✅ in, with Kirsten, and the advice and help we received from the start. A beautiful Holiday Park with everything so clean and tidy. The playground too, is well thought out for childrens pleasure during their stay. Very handy to the beach and rolling surf, our two small dogs were in heaven when we all went down to the sand. It is fantastic that the dogs are allowed to be with us on holiday during the off season. The showers were nice and hot water aplenty. A friendly little bunny was not at all worried about two highly excited dogs because it sat just outside their wire fenced yard and teased them. In all a great place to stay and we will be back. “We have had amazing experiences with A Cat's World! Our cats have always settled into their holiday with curiosity and have come home relaxed. It's reassuring to know the care the cats get while we're away goes above and beyond for all their needs (cleanliness; privacy; grooming; toys and play time; food selection; any health needs that arise) and we can rest easy until our return. Barbara and Lester have a heart and passion for what they do and it shows in the environment and with the cats. We would highly recommend this cattery for anyone considering this for their pets!”

“We have three amazing dogs. Two of them are rescues and our little Jack Russel girl suffers from extreme timidity and anxiety when she’s in a new place. These kennels were amazing. They were so kind and accommodating, even carrying our girl around so she didn’t feel too much pressure. It’s so hard to find a reliable and nice please where people genuinely love animals and respect them. Thanks a lot guys, we felt way better leaving them with Kelly and the team, than we did ever leaving them with Papamoa Kennels”

“Harbour View is the perfect location if you are needing a quiet, convenient place to stay when in Tauranga. The apartment was immaculate. It had two tv's, a couch, lovely beds, large fridge and quaint kitchen. Very good lighting plus convenient power plugs for charging tech devices. Safe parking for the rental car near the reception, with vehicles out of sight from a main road. Very ideal. The waterfront is only a min or two stroll away, there is a seat to enjoy the view. The owner operators were helpful and happy. Lovely apartment interior with a historical exterior.”

“We have owned a week here for 35 years and always enjoy our time there, even though we now live/have retired in Tauranga. The facilities are first class & very well maintained. Our grandchildren love the heated pools.”
