   What a jewel in the crown. Spent 1 night at this beautiful B&B. Hosted by the wonderful Tatiana and David. The rooms are well appointed, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and all the little 1%’ers were covered. Tea and Coffee making, bottled water, small fridge with fresh milk. Located in a quiet suburb out of the hustle and bustle of Tauranga but close enough for you to see the sights. Breakfast was amazing. A great selection of cereals, fresh fruit, juice, tea and coffee, cold meat selection and hot cooked eggs and bacon just to name a few. Catering for all dietary food groups. Thank you so much for the best stay and great conversation. You have some great stories to share….perhaps a book is in the offering.

   We absolutely loved our stay at this B&B! David and Tatiana were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was nothing short of amazing—fresh, delicious, and a perfect start to the day.    We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Villa B&B! David and Tatiana are super welcoming and friendly, they greeted us upon arrival, showed around the place and provided great local recommendations for dining and exploring the area. Our room had a great view, and was top notch comfortable and clean. The breakfast was exceptionally good and included crepes, fresh fruit, yoghurt, a selection of jams, cheese and ham, cereal and eggs. Overall, would highly recommend staying with Tatiana and David while you are in the area!

   Very warm welcome by the property owner. Took around the room and the dining room. Room is well kept and bathroom is very clean and tidy. Morning breakfast is fantastic and served by the couple. We were looked after well. They are very nice and friendly. I can recommend this place for people for a good stay.

   EXTREMELY CLEAN!!!! We loved staying here. The host are very kind and welcoming. My wife and myself are what you say very clean people and you can tell they go to white glove detail in making sure this place is as clean as possible. We loved it. Bed was extremely comfy and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. We would stay here again and recommend it to close friends and family..

   This place was AMAZING!!! The breakfast was incredible, the location was fantastic, the room was well stocked and comfortable, and the hosts were so kind, thoughtful, and friendly. The water was hot, and the water pressure was fantastic after a long flight to New Zealand. A great place to stay in Tauranga.

   Excellent B&B. Everything was perfect, couldn’t have asked for more. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, bathroom was large and even had a bath, which I particularly enjoy. The breakfasts were lavish and had so many options that you were spoilt for choice. Off road parking, very quiet area and the home was exceptionally and very comfortable. Tatiana and David are lovely hosts who couldn’t do more to make your stay very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable.

   What a fabulous B&B! David and Tatiana are delightful hosts, warm, welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, comfortable and immaculately clean, as is the whole house. The breakfasts are sumptuous - every taste catered for. From fresh fruit salad, cereals, full cooked breakfasts, cheese and meat platters and even something sweet. This would have to be the best B&B we’ve stayed at!
