“I had a wonderful experience here! Breakfast is always ready, so even if you come down a bit late, you can still enjoy it. The hotel owners are very kind and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. There are famous mountains and the sea nearby, making it convenient to go sightseeing. If you visit in summer, I would 100% recommend this place!”

“Very beautiful lake view cottages, very nice resort. It has a hot spa, pool, chess, gym, and provides cycle/bikes also. Very cozy, clean and nice rooms, with all the facilities. The rooms are also very spacious. Very calm and ambient place. Definitely recommend by me if you are coming to Rotorua. It is 100% worth the price. It is idealistic first day if you are for even at night in Rotorua. The cottages a the lake front have very great views with a common, huge and open backyard. The cottage in which we stayed had included a well equipped kitchen and dining table. There was also an electric fireplace. At night, the views in backyard were very MAJESTIC and photogenic. Overall, the places of great value and a perfect place for a calm, quiet and peaceful weekend/holiday/stay.”

“Everything was perfect for a big family like ours. We had a total of about 40 people (adults and children) check in for our sisters wedding in Tauranga. We were so grateful to have found a place that catered to our big family. We were able to play, laugh, pray and get our sister ready for her big day TOGETHER.”

“Ideal location near Pak n Save, Papamoa Plaza, Papamoa Beach. Quiet, clean, warm and comfortable apartment with modern, quality appliances and good quality furnishings for a restful and comfortable stay. Good and free wifi. Balcony. Heated pool. Ticks all the boxes. Secure parking with locked compound. Friendly host. Good value accommodation. Will book if we come back to this area.”

“⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ✅ ✅ ✅ ✅ ✅ Super tidy, clean, comfortable and central accommodation. And what I mean by that is possibly the cleanest and freshest place I have stayed at in a long time. Speaking to the owners in the morning it is approx 5 years old, so credit to the cleaners and maintenance team as this literally feels brand new. Bed and pillows were comfortable, the kitchen has literally everything you need if staying for slightly longer in a super cute, compact and functional kitchenette. I would def recommend for work trips, both short and longer. Couples escapes (try get harbour views if couples), or solo mental health get aways.”

“Bloody good. We had a really nice room with views of the pool, tennis court and Mt Maunganui. Well appointed and perfect for our family of four. Very close to beach (across the road). Has everything we could wish for. Staff on reception very nice.”

“Rebecca O’Connor has been our property manager for the past 3 years and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She is highly efficient, approachable and super friendly to deal with. Rebecca always keeps us up to date with any maintenance check up or when there’s things to be fixed in our rental property. She is very thorough in following up with maintenance to make sure we are happy and satisfied. If anyone is looking for a property manager, shes your star. Thank you for being amazing Rebecca!”

“The team at Watercliff was amazing! Such a warm welcome. When we got to our room, they even left us a little note, congratulating us on our anniversary. On our walk, we met the owner, such a nice man. He told us the story of their lovely piece of heaven, which added to the experience. I loved the cold plunge in the river and the sound of the Rurus at night. Will go back in a hurry!”

“Great, personable agent . We knew Dirk was the right agent to work with after he did a great job selling our house to us three years ago. He was driven and hard working for the buyer while remaining personable. We felt like we were friends after buying a house through Dirk. A cosy room, all recycled materials, lovely guided bush walk in the morning as well as guided glow worm tour in the evening....not to mention breakfast included along with the insightful, warm and funny banter with Tim on the tours. “An absolutely excellent stay. Monika and Rolf are brilliant hosts and their property is perfect. The personal touches like homemade bread, fresh eggs, jams, yogurt and biscuits really made it special. Watching stars while in the spa was a bonus. Location is great and the chickens are a delight.”

“The solid version of a 1person tent! I only stayed overnight on my way through and found the little hut with a single bed sufficient. The "ablution block" is just a few meters away, all set in a great garden with view over the neighbouring orchards.”

“If you haven’t tried pawsintepuna before please do so serena & Shaun are the most caring couple I have ever experienced at a cattery. Our beloved cat had such a wonderful time staying there for 4months. There were vet visits and special food requirements for our elderly cat & nothing was a problem caring for our cat. The facilities they offer are amazing and they keep developing new areas for cats to have a lovely stay they cater for all sorts of situations. Serena also keeps you posted on how the cats are doing thru instagram which for us was an amazing bonus as we were overseas. We can’t thank Serena &Shaun enough for the amazing time our cat had at paws in tepuna. If you are looking for genuine people who care so much about your cat book now as you won’t be disappointed.”
