“Took a small party out for my wife's birthday. The food was great, and served quickly after ordering. I particularly liked the kumara fries! Was a great recommendation from the owner. Service was exceptional, you can tell when someone actually cares about their patrons. It showed in the number of people inside the business. It was a rainy Sunday evening and the resteraunt was at capacity! There was live music and good vibes in abundance. Despite being busy the proprietor checked on us multiple times, and once the live band had finished and a few people had left a table cleared inside which he offered to us for a more pleasant experience. Thank you for the hard work, we will be back!”

I had an awesome hair stylist “Jamie” who was lovely and easy to explain what I wanted! As they were busy finishing another client I had 2 young apprentices who were lovely! I didn’t catch one of the names but one of the girls was Izzy and she was lovely and chatty and did an excellent job listening to Jamie’s instructions and stayed after closing to get the job done with Jamie! My hair feels healthier and got lots of compliments! Thank you so much for giving me my confidence back! I will be back to re book with these lovely young up and coming hair stylists!”

“Had a great stay here over Christmas. The motel isn't too big, and service was friendly. The rooms were actually serviced during the day which I haven't had in the past in budget motels. The pool and spa are fantastic - just big enough and heated. A shade sail covers half of the pool. The room we had was dated but perfectly functional and others had been renovated. We were surprised our room was supplied with almost any kitchen tools you'd need.”
