   I had a very disappointing experience today. After calling in the morning and being told to come before 12 or after 1pm, I arrived at 12:30pm due to a genuine misunderstanding. As instructed, I waited in my car and returned to the reception exactly at 1:00pm. Despite following everything we were told, the lady at reception (white hair, tattoo on her right arm, nose ring) was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping. When I patiently waited and explained why I was there, she abruptly told me they couldn’t see me and that I needed a completely new booking, something that was never mentioned on the phone even though we had provided all vehicle details. I didn’t argue; I simply asked for the next available time, and she said 3:30pm. Her attitude was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome, especially as I saw her treat other customers far more politely. I couldn’t help but question whether it was because I wasn’t white like the rest of the customers there. Thankfully, the kind gentleman on staff at 3:30pm helped my husband without any issues. It’s disappointing that one person’s behaviour created such a negative and borderline discriminatory experience.

   Have used Superior Autos for WOF checks since coming to Tauranga in 2020.... friendly staff and very efficient service. highly recommended. My trailer failed it's WOF check. The trailer had a suspension design flaw that had caused me trouble since day one, the manager suggested a permanent fix (something no other auto service centre had ever done) Thanks so much!
