   Went in looking for some books for our kids. The staff were friendly in pointing us to the right area. We didn’t have any further questions so no other interaction was needed. But we found that the store was clean and organized with the shelves being stocked.

   We went to the store as a family to buy Christmas presents for one another. One son purchased and item that was already purchased by another. I tired to immediately return but was only give the choice of a voucher. Told it was store policy and I could see it on the receipt- just wasteful and frustrating. We had already spent a lot of money, unfortunately our shopping was done. We won't see you next year.

   I visited Whitcoulls at the crossing on Dec 1st at 10am, I was looking for books for my two nephews, Helen one of the shop assistants was super helpful and helped me find the perfect books for the two age groups. She also served me at the counter and couldn't be more friendly. I'd like to give a big shout out to Helen for amazing customer service and for make my experience at Whitcoulls so memorable. Great job!
