   Full honesty, I went to vivo because they had a special on cut and colour - but when Julieanne chatted to me about what I wanted, I could tell straight away I was in safe hands. She really listened to me and gave her professional opinion on what to do with my hair. I had un dyed long hair and I went short cut with a balayage and I was so nervous before the appointment. At the end when julieanne finished curling my hair, I could have cried. I felt beautiful and i was sooo happy with the result. I didn’t wana leave a review straight away cos I know often after the first wash when your hair goes back to normal it’s not as nice anymore, but it’s been just over a month now and I still absolutely love my hair and will definitely be returning. So thank you so much Julieanne, you’re a fantastic hairstylist and lovely person!

   In regards to the service and my stylists, it was great! But i have to say the Mount Maunganui branch is looking soooo run down... nearly grubby! If the stylist wasn't so good and friendly there is no way I would want to go back. Getting your hair done, you want to feel like its a treat and the place is in good standards. The walls are all falling apparat needs a good uplift. Hate to see what the staff room looks like if the company thinks the front of house is acceptable!! I Feel bad for the stylists working in there! Give it an upgrade... even a little paint!.. new light fixtures etc. Just think it would spruce it up a bit and make the place feel a bit less like you are in run down studio. Otherwise it was great! ana was fabulous. I just think they deserve better!

   I've been going to Kirsty for a few years now since moving back and what can I say but SHE IS AMAZING! she exceeds my expectations everytime! She always seems to know exactly what I want to get done even when I dont! I'm always saying at the end of every appointment 'Omg is that my hair, I think this is my favorite one, I love this one the best'. Her talent for hairdressing is beyond words and I trust her with my hair 110%. I also love the atmosphere in the Salon, there's always alot of good banter and laughter going around. After every appointment I always leave with a big smile on my face and pep in my step. Thanks Kirsty for giving me such a great hair experience everytime.
