Disappointed that a much loved child's toy bunny had been left with the Whitcoull's manager as a lost and found, and the staff just put the bunny outside the shop and it was the taken by a passerby. Otherwise a good shop but I might not return considering the heartlessness of the staff.

Well stocked retail store with everything you could ever want from wide variety of different books, magazines, cards, kids games, pens, diaries etc etc. Great customer service and Xmas cheer.

On the 22nd of September at 8pm I had horrible service at the bayfair store there was no greeting when I walked I got no help and I never got served at the counter just a young worker looking at me at the counter while I waited to be served I stood there for 5 minutes while she looked at me as she vacuumed so I walked out.
