Ordered two fairy dresses for my granddaughters. Arrived in two days and are absolutely perfect.
The stock in this shop was fabulous with so many types of baby & children clothing, activities and useful products. Everything is very cute and lovely fabric. The lady employee helped me from the minute I arrived and she was an excellent organiser of 2 gifts and wrapped them beautifully. Thank You very much
Went into the Mount Maunganui store today and was not greeted we were ignored. The couple who walked in 2 mins after us were greeted and offered assistance but we were not.
Incredible customer service. We couldnβt find the togs in the size we wanted in store so the lovely staff had them sent directly to our house and they arrived in less than 48hours! I am so impressed about how much they cared that we received the exact size and colourway we wanted. Thank you!!!
