   I got a haircut from Luke and a wash and blow dry from Bowen and both of them were absolutely amazing. Friendly and bubbly, listened to all of my wants and checked in every step of the way. 100% recommend . Thank you for the incredible haircut! :)

   I absolutely love Donna so much. I’ve gotten my hair cut by her multiple times. She listens and actually gives you what you ask for and even better. Shes so sweet and can hold a conversation very well. Shes an asset to this salon. The place is so fancy and clean and a very wholesome environment.

   I had a half head of foils/highlight, tone, cut & blow dry. My stylist - Donna - was fantastic. She listened to my concerns & preferences, talked me thru the process & the final results were excellent. My appointment took 3 hours. In that time Donna was efficient, chatty, kind & engaging. The salon was initially very quiet at my appointment time but became busier, she handled walk in inquiries & early arrivals calmly & respectfully.

   I’ve been going to the same hair salon for over 12 years. I moved recently and decided it was time to change hair stylists. Long story short I ended up seeing Sarah at Vivo and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Sarah was personable, friendly, open and engaging. On top of that she listened to everything I wanted and made some great suggestions. The result is that my hair looks amazing and I’ve already received compliments from family and friends. I’ve found my new hair bestie LOL! Although I don’t want to be a downer now, the only other thing I have to mention is that the salon itself could really use a button or something that clients have to use to open the door. While I sat there for a few hours, the door constantly opened as members of the public strolled by. On a cold day it was really unpleasant. Hopefully they get that sorted before my next visit. Thanks Sarah - you’re a gem!

   I have super long dark hair and wanted to go blonde. I’d gone to several salons and they said they couldn’t do it without damaging my hair. I’m so grateful to Bianca and the team. Honestly, they were so genuine and did such an amazing job. I get anxiety interacting with strangers, but they all helped make me feel comfortable, amazing since I was with them for a few hours. Definitely recommend as my hair turned out healthy and I’m received plenty of compliments
