   First time writing the good review. The acrylic nail is so uneven, and the cuticle care was rough. But that is not the reason I decided to write this, I thought everyone can be a bit careless sometimes, so I went there again and asked nicely if they could do something , then a lady was very impatient and rude, found a tons of excuses said that it should be like this, I’m not blind thank you

   I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience. I got my nails done here a couple of weeks ago and came back recently for removal. I think there was a new girl doing it, and the whole process was really worrying. Instead of soaking or using proper tools, she tried to *pull* the nails off directly, and then even used a plucker to lift the nail. Only after that she applied some acetone and pulled the nails again. I was already running late for an event, so I didn’t say much at the time and just asked for a dark maroon polish. But now that I’ve removed the polish at home, I can see my natural nails are in terrible condition and extremely painful. I work with my hands every day, and this has made it so uncomfortable. I really hope the salon trains their staff properly because this was not a safe or professional removal process. The worst part is when I tried calling them to explain the situation that didn’t even respond.

   This place has always been my go to , For my nails , but today was a whole different experience. Painting and nail filing both weren’t done properly, I paid $65 dollars for something I could have done my self but they were rushing won’t be coming here anymore

   My wife went there for a pedicure and suspects she got the trainee as the other worker was telling her what to do all the time and that it was hurting my wife, because my wife said she was really rough. Also her nails aren't painted properly. My daughter had one done too and the lady was coughing with her mask down. Finished result in photos.

   Its an ok job, the shop has obviously taken on way more than it can handle. I had an appointment booked and it was extremely busy and appointments weren't to time, there was a lot of people waiting. I would feedback not to be so greedy and prioritize your booked customers. Needless to say my nils were rushed and it was an average job. Sad.

   Rushed beginning and then I was left waiting with acetone on my old shellac nails for over 20 mins, so I ended up taking it off. Once my 2nd technician Moon arrived things were great!! Moon did an awesome shellac paint job and was very friendly. They seemed very busy!
