Easy last minute check in clean and tidy, well rested one night stay. Friendly host $170 for a double bed, can't complain.

Very friendly staff. We booked a studio for the night. Had problems trying to get sky on tv and owner tried help but couldn't so put us up in family suite. Thank you for your assistance.
Beautifully appointed rooms, especially the bathroom. Modern, quiet aircon kept us nice and comfortable throughout the night and the beds were comfortable. Considering we were closest to a main road, hardly any noise could be heard inside our unit. One area that needs to be checked is the cold tap in the kitchen. It doesn't want to immediately turn off. And the kitchen unit is poorly designed. We will be back to stay as it's incredibly clean and beautifully located to all amenities.
Had a great stay here over Christmas. The motel isn't too big, and service was friendly. The rooms were actually serviced during the day which I haven't had in the past in budget motels. The pool and spa are fantastic - just big enough and heated. A shade sail covers half of the pool. The room we had was dated but perfectly functional and others had been renovated. We were surprised our room was supplied with almost any kitchen tools you'd need.
Cabins are a bit run down and could do with some love. Only one cable in kitchen area which made it difficult to use more than one appliance at once. Lay out could have been better- couch squashed in corner. Generous clothing area. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. Clean spa pool ans warm seim pool. Friendly people at reception. Greerton has plenty of shops and takeout but no pubs or nice restaurants. An easy ish drive to tauranga town and beach etc.
Rooms are old but also clean and very spacious. Location next to a liquor store ;) and plenty of space for parking. Prices very nice to my surprise New years eve got such a big room for $150 a night. Customer service ok but least they leave me alone.
The room was old looking and drab. The carpet had stain spots. The room photos on here look nothing like the room I had. Peeling wallpaper in the kitchen, the hoob was dirty and rusty. The salt bottle had some brown gooey stuff on it. There was a bare power point on the side of the closet. The bedside lamps are dated and missing parts. I sat on the main bed, and it rolled away from me. For the price, it was not worth it.
Great Friendly Korean owner tidyness of rooms and aesthetically a beautiful place to rest for the night. Has everything you need quality shower and skytv near restaurants pub and library supermarket. Wish I had used hot pool. Really close to Greerton shops/ village/community who could be friendliest people in Tauranga. :) Blown away .
You got your own privacy though itβs beside the busy road. Water tap was a bit hard to turn off due to old washer ring. During first visit, the door locked was malfunction. But the friendly staff took care of it the same day. Most of the rooms came with two queen beds and one single bed. Good for family. Kitchen with full utensils are provided. Mini playground for kid. Small pool and bbq pit too. Sky tv are for movies enthusiasts.
