   i came in a couple days ago and a younger man (ginger ish hair, tall) and he was standing there doing nothing, just playing with his hair, i came up to be served and he called another staff member over to get them to serve me? why couldnt he? this happened to me a month or so ago as well, same thing, he was standing just doing nothing and he called a younger girl over, she sighed and gave him a bit of a look, which tells me that isnt the first time he makes other people serve while he stands there doing nothing. unfortunate because i love this shop, but im hoping the staff are getting treated okay, some lovely staff in this shop

   I went to Paper plus Bethlehem a couple of weeks ago to buy new ink cartridges for my brother printer. I had the serial number of my brother printer. The woman that served me advised me to buy a particular set of ink cartridges that she said were the correct ones. The set cost $289. When I went to put them in my printer they were totally the wrong size, much smaller. I have just attempted to get a replacement. The two ladies that served me admitted that the original woman who made the mistake had done the same thing to other customers. I have just heard that the owner will not give me a replacement and I have lost $289 and am left with four useless ink cartridges. He says it is my fault I give this shop a one star review for very poor customer service.

   Not a good experience here, went to post shop, which is shared with Kiwi Bank at the back of the shop. Had to wait a long time for staff. When I finally got served, the one lady said , " I only do kiwi Bank, not Post". You would think if you are sharing a counter you would think they would do both. But No, she has to flap her arms so that the lady up the front could see her and come and serve me. That didn't work, so she rang some.

   Great book/magazine/stationery/office supplies/novelty gift store, with the added bonus of a fully functional post shop. Helpful staff as well which just adds to the overall level of value I get from going here, I can cross several times off my to-do list in one place.

   Plenty of stock, the shop is split into two sections one section with largely stationary items and the other with books. Plenty of selection, good lighting to browse and see everything. I was able to buy all the items I needed quickly with handy parking near the door. Staff were friendly and helpful. This store is definitely mobility friendly. They also are a Post Office shop and have Post Office Box handily placed outside the entrance to send your mail.
