“We had a wonderful meal there last night. The views were fantastic, all the wait staff and the hostess were lovely and very helpful. We had someone who was GF and she was well looked after. Everything was made fresh and we couldn’t fault it. The massaman lamb was delicious and the money bags were the best we have eaten. The prices were reasonable too. Will definitely be back!! “Went in for dinner last night with a big group of 30+ people. Coming from a hospitality background myself, I knew it would be a challenge for the staff, but they handled it really well. The fire alarm went off twice during our visit, so we had to evacuate each time — obviously annoying for everyone, but totally out of the staff’s control. They followed protocol and managed the situation calmly and professionally, especially considering many of the team looked quite young. Big credit to them. Surprisingly, they even gave us a 10% discount, which they didn’t have to do since the issue wasn’t their fault. It was a nice gesture and appreciated by the whole group. The food has definitely improved since I was last here a couple of years ago, which was great to see. Service was spot on too — friendly, attentive, and efficient. All in all, a good experience given the circumstances. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this one was well deserved. Will definitely be back.”
