Always clean tidy, staff are friendly. Portions seem reasonable. Food nice. Prices average. Go there quite often, generally not too busy.
My fish n chips were the best I had at the mount. My companions were also very happy, they irdered kumara fries, tarahiki, fish burgers and drinks. The friendly Asian dude behind the counter was manning the place alone, and there was a small queue. If the owners are reading this, please get that dude some help! It's tantamount to criminal not getting the chips out fast enough lol. Yum yum 6 out of 5 stars for the food.
This place is great. Very clean and tidy. Friendly quick service and one of the best hamburgers ( steak )i have had. None greasy/oily and was super impressed.
Chips were good, portions are very small in comparison to Girven road takeaways. This was $50
Love this place. Food is always fresh and tasty. Fish burgers are our go to β we always add in a pineapple slice and egg to make it even better. Great stuff.
The best takeaways in the Mount. They also do 1/2 serving of chips which is great when buying for one. The chips are lovely and the snapper is always cooked perfectly and with no greasy fat. They put a pack of tomato sauce in with your hotdog so you can add it and enjoy a lovely crunchy hotdog. The staff are always friendly and work very well together. Omanu Takeaways are situated in a block of shops. There is parking outside or around the corner. Very highly recommended.
$4 chips. We had 3 in the car opened them up to this! Its actually disguisting. My poor kids just came off the beach so hungry. NEVER WILL I EVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN
