Fuss free Asian food in CBD Hastings. Many meat and vegetable options with noodles & rice to choose from. Very suited for Asians nearby who crave Chinese food. Not of the best tasting, but definitely okay for the price tag. We tried different dishes and the beef stood out. Some fried food available for kids who prefer fries & Onion Ring.
Went here for dinner one night . And brought Chinese take away self serve dish. Liked it . They had a variety of items to choose from . I love my vegetables, so it was brilliant that they had 2 forms of serves to pick from that had mostly vegetables in them (broccoli,cauliflower and carrot) the rest were carbs or meat or both with a few veges sprinkled in between some of them. Over all I had a good meal good price . Was able to order a bit more then eat the rest the next day for lunch too.they also have eat in . Thank you kippers east takeaways.
Cold inside no heating chips were not good they changed their supplier fish was oily not drained enough soggy chips but the last lot we brought 1mth ago where nice you could bit into the chip and taste the potato this lot was yellow and soggy mushy too.
New owners. No English, 25 cents surcharge on all eftpos transactions. Prices low and food matched the prices. Last owners never ate what they cooked and the new owners don't either, hoping for a improvement in quality. Try dulux fish and chips kiwi couple cooking kiwi food

Yeah daughter an I had a lovely dine in traditional fish an chip meal their. Very tasty golden coated fish, not overly thick heavy batter pretty good actually chips were also golden an crunchy but fluffy soft in the middle, a pretty good chip. Their menu looked very tasty too.
Genuine and consistent effort given to customer service, and the food is great too. If you haven't given these chaps a go, I'd strongly recommend you do. Takeaways, roast meals, Chinese food.
Was wonderful to meet Jessica and Stanley tonight, at the home of the $6.80 smorgasbord in the middle of Hastings City.
