Have been a long term customer for the last 12.5 years easily, in which they used to charge $2 per piece of fish (you supply fish) for them to batter and cook along with chips etc. Now it is an exorbitant rate you may as well just buy the fish from them. I cannot help but feel I got ripped off tonight after ordering two pieces of snapper, a curry roll and a hotdog. No chips. Cost $25. Photo attached. My question being the size of the fish, it is not a reasonable representation of fairness. My next question is whether some unsuspecting customer had a few pieces “trimmed” from their catch they supplied to be cooked unknowingly, and I ended up with them? The guy on the phone really didn’t care.
The food is good. Fridays are always a long wait. I did pay for 24 chicken nuggets, only got 12 tho.
Updated: prices? Overpriced and expensive. Sadly. Service: Slow during peak, busy times. Quality: Good-ish Overall: not worth the price increase and the slow service can be frstrating
The food is good but if you’re wanting your order ON TIME you’re better off making a phone order. Their online system is terrible. I’ve ordered online twice and both times i’ve had to wait a good 50 minutes. Shocking!
