She was extremely accommodating, warm, and so patient in answering all my questions, especially when the lipstick shade I originally wanted was out of stock. Instead, she suggested I try the YSL Lip Oil Plumper, and I’m honestly so happy with my purchase. Sherlyn has a smiling face and is genuinely great at recommending and upselling products in a way that feels helpful, not pushy. Exceptional service! Highly recommended. ☺️”

“Have been here several times and the food has always been amazing. Authentic Indian cuisine with a wide variety of options - and all vegetarian. Food is always fresh, and the prices are also pretty reasonable. The Indian sweets are on the pricier side though. I had the chole bhature, which was freshly made, the chole had a good spice level and the bhature was fluffy and hot! My favourite! The service itself is just alright and they now have mechanical carts delivering food, so it takes away some personal touches in my opinion.”

“I came into your store today with a voucher my son had received through doing some work for SAS. The voucher did not work online so I decided to try my luck in-store with the voucher. I explained the situation to the lady who was working. Right off the bat she was amazing and accommodating. She was also the only worker on and she had other customers in the store who she also needed to tend to but she quickly assured me that this would not be an issue and she would sort this out for me and was super helpful from start to end. “Customer service has really been below average in most places, but not Kookai Sylvia Park. Genuinely the team were exceptional and it’s been a month since I visited (12th October) and I had to leave a review because I’m so impressed. I was greeted when I walked in, they gave me a hand finding styles and sizes, when I was in the fitting rooms they were so helpful with recommendations. They weren’t overly pushy and still gave me space as a shopper. 10/10”
