   Placed my order for a few photos. The guy checked and said it would be 5 minutes. Came back ten minutes later to be told, a big order had been placed and we needed to wait another 15 minutes. I don't mind waiting, but surely if you checked the system you'd know a large order was in place and could give accurate information instead of mucking your customers around.

   Unbelievably slow service. There is no sense of urgency. Waited 25 minutes in a queue to collect 4 photos. The gum chewing is revolting Kevin.

   No one Answers the phone, I called multiple times over three weeks waiting for someone to answer and they don't bother answering the phone. And when they do eventually answer I can't understand their accents.

   After 15 days and 3 phone calls later I still haven't had word on my online delivery of my office chair. Frustrated I ended up getting a refund and won't be purchasing anything from Warehouse stationary in the near future. Apparently their supplier was responsible for getting a response to me but it looks like the supplier just pleases themselves in my case

   Today I went in expecting a quick visit to print 50 standard rectangle photo prints. I have been waiting 2 hours and still haven’t received them. Not happy. Their computer “got stuck” and i had to redo the order after already waiting 30 minutes and their system being slow and incompatable with HEIC or PNG file. Don’t waste your time here if you want speed or accurate printing. The only good part of this experience was one team member who put me ahead of other customers to ensure I got it done a bit quicker. Not impressed overall

   3 staff members standing around while there's a line of people waiting to be served and yet nothings happening? Always bad service when I come here to get photos print. Takes forever to be served

   The fist time I come in to get photos printed it was excellent right to the service. This time round have had trouble with my photos. I ordered in line and haven't received all my photos. Waited most of the day for missing photos and I'm not impressed.
