I did not have a pleasant experience while in this store. I believe the young girls name was sophia or similar (as heard from the other coworker) who served me. She had a very negative attitude and when I asked if they had a type of product in stock I got a snark reply in return. She did not even attempt to assist me in any way to find something similar. She was constantly glaring at me and then would smirk towards the other girl that was working. I have never experienced such awful customer service. I wonder whether others have experienced the same or similar things with this young lady. I will not be returning.

Hiya! I was just in Lovisa getting my daughterโs ears pierced and I have to say this is the best service possible!! I would definitely recommend this to everyone. Sophie and Monique were extremely kind to my anxious daughter and turned getting something scary into a wonderful, comfortable experience. The girls welcomed us in-store with a big smile and a lovely hello making us feel very welcome in the store. Everything about this experience was incredible!! To top it off, they gave us a little card and after care as well as the jewellery and the service for such a cheap price. My daughter and I could not be more happy with the service, their manager should be proud! If I could give this a 6/5 stars I would!!

Entered just to browse the stock, and was met with great customer service. Almost right away I was spoken to, shown different options, given recommendations and even discussed the pros/cons to different metals. The only downside is that according to the staff member I was speaking to, it can take a month or more for rings to arrive. Other jewelry stores tend to stock a wide variety of ring sizes, such as Pandora for example, so that was a bit disappointing. Still a good experience! Just make sure you carve out enough time that a month delay wouldn't be a huge problem beforehand, if that's actually the case. :)

I bought a pair of earrings that turned out to be faultyโthey wouldnโt latch properly. Considering they were one of the pricier options in the store, I expected better quality. When I went in to request a refund or store credit, I was met with three surly teenagers who seemed more interested in sulking than helping. Instead of addressing the issue, they gave me attitude and dismissed it as โuser error.โ The customer service here is as cheap as their jewelleryโsave your time and money.

Went into lovisa today and there were 2 workers just sitting on the ground right in the entrance blocking everything doing stock, no greeting whatsoever to anyone who had entered the shop and was just chucking all the jewellery on the ground after scanning them which just went to show how much respect and care they have for anything they have in the shop. Couldnโt even look at what I wanted to look at as they were blocking multiple stands/jewellery and the one of the girls seen me trying to look and then put her leg out so I couldnโt go in front of her. Very very bad and rude customer service, need new staff who actually know how to work in retail. Will never ever go back into that lovisa again.

Get better staff. Girls are literally ready to be kill you if you ask for any assistance. I went onThursday around 8:30 pm and the lady was so rude when I ask for assistance. She literally yelled at me. Disgusting customer service. Very disappointed.

I went up to the counter to buy my jewellery at Northlands, the girl that served me was very rude and gave me attitude. Must be a shortage of workers if you can only hire people like this, get better customer service skills. A friend of mine also heard the workers in here having a laugh about a teenage girls CV. Very disappointed

While I was shopping in this store at Northlands I overheard conversation from the workers there about a young girl who handed in her CV. The workers were making a mockery about her cv and all laughing about it. They even called over more workers to all have a look at the CV to make more horrid jokes about it. This is awful customer service and so unprofessional. The young girl had left the store before they started making the mockery but I couldn't imagine how scary it would've been for the girl to even have the confidence to hand over the CV in the first place. But even overall the customer service in this place is awful, no one smiles, no one ask if I need help, all they do is rudely stare. I understand that retail might not always be jelly and ice cream but the workers should make the customers feel welcome and have a great experience when shopping. Honestly will never be shopping again at your store. So disappointing...

Will never shop there again, was in there for half hour at least, not one person asked if they could help us, then after the half hour, the sales girl asked the lady next to us if she could help her, then she went and asked the lady on the over side of me, if she could help her. I dont know if it was the color of my skin, or she just helps her friends. I buy all my nose and earrings from there, and i have brought alot, well not any more.
