“I’ve consistently admired the friendly yet professional service delivered by Starbucks staff across the various branches I’ve visited. Whether in New Zealand or abroad, they maintain a welcoming atmosphere and high standards, and this particular branch is no exception. Although I’ve only sampled a few beverages here, they’re the same ones I typically order, and I’m pleased to report they’re prepared with the same consistency and flavor I’ve come to expect. Cleanliness at this location is on par with other major cafés in New Zealand. One area for potential improvement is the WiFi setup. While complimentary access is appreciated, WiFi signal distribution across the store is inefficient. If you are studying or working and need to use their complementary WiFi, you may need to find good signal, which is near their office or bathroom area. This can be easily improved by relocating their modem/router, upgrading it or using a repeater.”

“The Pharmacists here are so helpful. They go above and beyond. The service is very personal”

“What a cool Seed. I’m from Christchurch and the one in Christchurch you always feel judged and children’s selection is small. I got a cute E bracelet for my girl yesterday and the vibes were so great, lovely staff. Much better than Christchurch”

“I had an amazing experience at Novelty! From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and friendly staff made me feel right at home. Every dish was bursting with authentic Indian flavors — rich, aromatic, and beautifully presented. The spices were perfectly balanced, and you could truly taste the freshness in every bite. The service was exceptional as well; attentive without being intrusive. Whether you’re a fan of classic Indian dishes or looking to try something new, Novelty has something that will impress you. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommended for anyone craving delicious, high-quality Indian cuisine!”
