   Kerry is such a kind, helpful, and genuine florist. Her flowers are always fresh, beautiful, and reasonably priced. She helped me prepare six bouquets for my last day of school to give to my teachers, and she even offered me a ride to school to make things easier for me. I also bought flowers today for my mum’s birthday, and they were perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my future occasions. Highly recommend!

Kerry was so easy to work with, I gave her an indication of our ‘vibe’ and she worked magic for us, delivered on time and everything was easy - which is what you want when organising a busy event…we had so many comments on the florals too.    Posting on behalf of my mother. I just received a bunch of spray roses delivered from Flowers of St John's. Despite being in a jam jar of water, the roses were extremely wilted. I called to speak to the florist and let them know what happened. I explained that the roses were past their best and was dismissed by the florist. I was told they were sent out on the courier this morning and were in water. I said how disappointed I was but the florist was disinterested and just said thanks and hung up. I would not recommend as despite being notified of an issue, there was not even an apology. Things go wrong but it is the way that it is dealt with that it important and this florist had no interest.

   My husband bought me flowers they were not fresh only lasted 4 days, so disappointed and felt for him as cost a lot of money. The same day I was sent a bunch of flowers from another florist which lasted 2 weeks.

   The lady who served me was rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her with my order. I get it’s the busy season but there is no need to project that stress onto paying customers. As I walked away I wish I had just canceled my order. Unfortunately will not be going back there. Disappointing.

   Always friendly and helpful. When we're in NZ and in Auckland we stay at the nearby Remuera Motor Lodge and will always get flowers from the shop to take when we visit our friends in and around Auckland.
