   I was disappointed with shopping here due to their high prices. Many items were significantly more expensive compared to other stores. The overpricing makes it hard to justify shopping here.

   It’s cramped and the staff aren’t friendly or particularly helpful but if you are looking for hard to find Indian products, food and spices this is the place to go. Just prepare yourself because once you are in there you are on your own.

   Worst customer service ever. The person on the counter/phone is very RUDE. Doesn’t know anything about his own shop or what products are available. Always responds in a very rude and unusual manner. NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE!

   Called prior about a product available, and was told it is available. came from Rotorua and the shop was closed at 600 pm. Tried to contact them by knocking the door. Since light was on. Phoned them then and next day, no reply. Looks like a shop that works only when the owner has free time. Part time hobby. Used to purchase from them while living in Auckland, after checking for expiry dates.

   The shop keeper was ill-mannered.Had bad experiences couple of times. He should learn how to communicate with customers. Have seen him drinking alcohol in the shop and was very rude and abrupt.

   The man in the shop was very rude when I asked him for a particular product, he would have told me rather it is not available than insulting comments. He was arguing there is no such kind of product in the world. Actually it is not the first time he was being rude. Last time his wife was there and was well behaved and helped my wife to find the item. Customers shop in your place deserves a basic respect and politeness. If you have no idea what it is please learn it.

   Old man in that store in not helpful at all. I wanted to check if they had a specific product, he asked me to come here and check it. I told him that I stay in papakura and it's 30min drive for me and it's easy for him to just check and let me know. His response was he is busy with other customer and can't check it. Basic customer service would be that he will check and call back. Will change the review based on future experience.
