I would like to say a huge thank you to Shalini for her amazing and outstanding customer services, she is very professional in her service explaining to myself what the medication is prescribed for and how to take it, she is kind and very helpful Thank you again, I will recommend this Pharmacy to my family and friends.
CAUTION: I have been given wrong medication in my blister pack and when I called to tell pharmacist he seemed uninterested in what I had to say this is very dangerous he didn't even want to listen not the first time. Was given anti psychotics by accident so the indian guy drove to my house at 10:30pm to collect them and give right ones. I will be reporting these guys to HDC.
My doctor gave me 10 days of medicine, but the pharmacy mistakenly gave me 7 days of medicine. Because it was a very small bottle with very small granules, I couldn't count how many granules there were when I got it. When I found out, I asked them to refill my medicine. An old woman Old Witch with a very bad attitude questioned me and asked why I didn't come earlier? I said I just found out that there were 3 pills missing, so I came. These are pills, I took the medicine according to the doctor's instructions, would I take a few more to cheat the three pills that were less than $1? The old lady ask me go away and said "I do not want to see you" after I get the medicine without any Apologize. Never come this branche any more.
Super friendly staff and quite fast considering the customers wanting scripts filled. If you’re at Middlemore Hospital and need a script?! This pharmacy is open till late. They lost a star because space was very small and tired.
Went in for vaccine passes for my non-tech-savy, non-smartphone inlaws on a busy Saturday. Appreciated the lanyard suggestion made by the pharmacist as the inlaws are a fan of this accessory.
On facebook, friends were sharing the post about a free prescription pharmacy in Otara. The post reads, "locally owned & operated". It was not free here but free at the other end, although I appreciate the pharmacist telling us the cost and giving us a choice. The joke is, the owners of both pharmacies are the same. Not very fair on Otara community knowing people who are tight on money, could have saved that money if they walked a bit further.
A nice pharmacy delivering healthcare to a much needed community. Good to see some representation amongst the staff that reflects the community. My only complaint would be that there were only 2 chairs and a couple of elderly people were standing waiting for their medications.
Great service very friendly. Didn't get charged for my 13 year olds prescription... it's free...I normally pay $5 per prescription at my local pharmacy. (OTAHUHU)
Got medicines late night on weekend, very pleased to visit, fast , efficient and friendly. Never had an issue with staff and pharmacy.
