“We purchased new carpet for our home. The dealings with Martin were very professional and we had no problems at all. The carpet laying team were excellent. They were also very accommodating as we needed to do some work on the floor once the old carpet was lifted and they went out of their way to accommodate our requests, so 10 out of 10 to the laying team. “Amazing Customer Service. The girls go above and beyond for any inquiries and even go as far as driving to the Napier store to collect a specific pendant that isnt in stock at the Hastings store. The young woman with the short black hair noticed that I am pretty antisocial and I struggle to communicate at times, and I was also feening for a vape so she helped me by presenting me some options and letting me pick which one I was after which turns out I am now a fan of solo device blueberry raspberry!
