If there was a star less than 1 I would have chosen that.. The most worst experience I have had in customer service from this place. The women who was on today, 3rd November 2025. Iām sure you cannot afford to be that rude to your customers. We will definitely not be returning to your store after years of coming and supporting your business.

Very good range of Sweet chilli sauces. Highly recommend exploring and trying something new when your ordering from the Pizza Hut next door. Easily the most convenient location for a Asian supermarket in Hastings.

It caters for pretty much every asian cuisine you can think of but if you want all fresh indian spuces and masala this isnt the place. But Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Filipino, etc, they have it all. They have freezers with chillies, tapioca and taro, rice cakes, dumplings, grated coconut to make fresh coconut cream, and frozen noodles. Then they have every type of dried noodle, sauce, vinegar, seasoning, paste, I couldnt think of anything they didnt have.

Went to the Asian grocery tonight as I was waiting for my pizza hut on the pretence of shopping all I wanted was some matches so I could have a cigy while I waited for pizza. I ended up spending money on all sorts of stuff different flavors of noodles etc I'm going back ,loved it!! PS, the people there are nice too.

It takes me to my childhood memories every time I come here to shop! I came from south east asia so this shop is a spot on for me! I love all the foods here! It's also a cure for my homesick! Staffs are very friendly and they can speak English well. It's only a small shop and it's not too pricey!

Absolutely love this place. The Hawkes Bay is woefully lacking in good food, so it's really nice to have a good wee Asian supermarket. Like all places that import Asian foods , they can run out of things and sometimes it takes a while to get it back in. That's just the nature of the beast and not something to complain about. My only gripe is how little room there is. They could remove an entire row if shelving - as some shelves have the same stuff on both sides? - and there might actually be room to pass people, rather than having to go all the way around like you sometimes have to.

Nice place! You can get plenty of your favourite asian stuffs! ( I got some dressings from Malaysia that are awesome! ) 100 plus from Malaysia also! Bad thing is only that they don't have big bottles. Only cans.
