   I went to the Bendon Outlet store in Hastings today and it had been years since I had been fitted properly for a bra. Marie and her offsider were friendly right from the get go. They greeted my daughter and I as we entered the store and gave us a minute to have a look around. Marie then came over and asked if we needed help which I most certainly did! She introduced herself, found out exactly what I was looking for, measured me for size and then went and got a bra for me to try for size. Perfect sizing! She grabbed a variety for me to try and gave advice and adjustments when needed. We left the store with 2 bras and a sports bra for me, all in the original size Marie had fitted me for. Both ladies were lovely and farewelled us as we left, with Marie thanking me for coming back after a decade between bra-buying expeditions. Awesome service from Marie. I'll be back earlier than ten years next time!

   It's a lovely shop with lovely staff, apart from one shop lady who's been there for many years. She's rude more than twice and doesn't listen to the customer's bra requests. Still, that doesn't stop me.

   I'm been here three times the first time was good but the last 2 times iv been here the staff were very rude and unpleasant. I went in afew days ago planning to just check if they had any contours bras in my size (as they are uncommon in my cup size) and if they did i would come back the next afternoon when I was going to be back in town and have time to properly try stuff on without rushing, but the second I told the staff member that I'd try them on when I came back tomorrow her attitude shifted and she just kind of waved her hand at a wall and I asked if she knew if any of the bras there were contour bras and she pointed at one and made a comment like she guessed it could be one but she didn't seem to know or care i then asked another question and while she was answering she literally turned and walked away. I understand they don't want to deal with potential time wasters but there was barely anyone else in store and I actually was in town the next 2 days and I did want to purchase a number of bras. This is also a reoccurring issue with your stores all over the country as me and my mum have both experienced this rudeness in other bendon stores in Hamilton and Auckland and have only had positive experiences a fraction of the time.

   Store was opened 1hour late as the shop assistant who was meant to open "slept in". She was called by her colleague who was starting at 10 (thankfully early for her shift) who asked for her to drop the key off, she managed to do so and when she did finally arrive with the key, she was laughing about it. Really unprofessional.

   The customer service and attention to detail by Marie was absolutely wonderful. I took a lady in a wheelchair there and she did a fitting for her and the person I was supporting was delighted with her purchases, price she paid and the respectful way she was treated. So thank you Marie for making this a positive experience for her.

   I had another wonderful experience with Bendon Outlet this week. I rang them yesterday asking if they had a particular underwear brand I like. The Woman who answered the phone was so helpful, she told me they had just got them in. I explained that I was not allowed to drive for health reasons and that I was in Hospital. She offered to Courier them to me but I said I could get my Partner to pick them up for me. He was unable to get there so we both went over today. Leigh, the lovely Woman I was served by was incredibly helpful and even the young Woman not serving me was chatty and helpful while I waited for the other Woman to find me something else. These Woman were lovely, pleasant and extremely helpful. Great service Bendon. Thank you, Fiona Heaps.

   Love the shop. An amazing selection of products and very good prices. There is plenty of room for wheelchairs which makes a nice change. Along be with very friendly staff this is definitely a favorite shop to visit. The website however is not the best and it could do with a bit of work done to it.
