   It got to be the worst Just Jeans in New Zealand to shop at, the Indian lady scanned up the item i was purchasing, after that she just walked off to ask another lady on the other side of the store asked her will she like some help. Leaving us standing there waiting to pay for my items.

   Absolutely amazing service. The young girl running the Hastings shop couldn’t do enough for my sister in law and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for her from getting us different styles to try while still taking into account our likes and preferences. We left with 4 pairs of jeans and a promise to ourselves that we would shop at just jeans all the time from now on. Thank you so much for an enjoyable shopping experience from someone who hates shopping for clothes.

   The worst customer service I have ever experienced! The lady was just down right rude and disrespectful with an awful attitude, i was browsing the jeans and not even selected what I wanted to try on before she came over, sighed under her breath and started to refold.. she then went and got the ladder so I had to step back out the way and couldn't continue to look. In a frustrated tone she says, we need to know what you are taking in the changing room, wow!! I kindly addressed her because I could not believe her behavior and she started to raise her voice, another staff member had to ask her to leave out the back and as she walks off she gets smart to that staff member too who was the only one who showed any form of decent service. I did not end up completing my purchase because of this experience and I will not be returning.
