   I recently bought a biscuit from this store and later discovered it was expired. When I returned to the store, they refunded the amount but told me that “products on offer are not exchangeable or returnable.” Here’s the issue: the item had a yellow offer price tag, but nowhere did it mention the expiry or best-before date on the tag. This is misleading and potentially risky, especially when selling food products. ⚠️ Tip for other customers: Always check the expiry date or best-before date, especially on offer items marked with yellow tags. Many of them are close to expiry or already expired. I don’t think it’s fair to hide expiry details behind a “no returns” policy. The store should ensure clear labeling and responsible selling, especially when it comes to consumables.

   Mobility parking is misused a lot and there are reports on fb of others noticing it too in the mobility parking name n shame group. Those parks are not for pernitless cars, nor for storage of objects.

   Staff were welcoming. The shop was very well thought out with layout and design. The shop was super clean and inviting. The only aspect that put me off was the fresh vegetables. The vegetables in the fridge were not good quality and looked old and not fresh at all (or were badly bruised).

   Great location and very decent off-road parking. Double door provide wheelchair friendly access. Bright and spacious interior. Mind blowing variety of products, mostly along asian/Indian ethnic lines. Staff are ever present, super friendly, and eager to help you find the products you need. This store is the best of its kind in town ... a clean 10 out of 10!

   Only just found it recently. Amazing grocery store with a huge variety of international offerings. Very clean and well organised with a pleasing layout. The bulk bin section is the best in Hawkes Bay without a doubt.
