    I had been walking around with no luck on finding the right clothes for a funeral or being completely ignored by sales staff , when I walked into Swandri . The lady working here was absolutely amazing , she helped me find and choose the right clothes and fit .. the quality of clothes and Swandri are worth the price ! Highly recommend!

    Two young staff members looked busy having a chat. I didn't feel welcomed. They just treated me like a ghost. There were a few customers who were looking around, and when they left, no one looked or said anything. So I won't take these experiences personally. Probably this is Swanndri's new customer service skill.

    Excellent service, went in to buy our dogs a jacket and had no idea what size so showed the girls photos and they knew exactly the right size for both. Great team effort, so friendly and loved the experience. We did end up buying a swannie for hubby plus underwear as well. Great effort team. Dogs love them
