    HORRIBLE SERVICE The price tags are two years old and showed an incorrect price When I questioned the price I was given at point if sale, as it was different from the one I photographed ( i photographed the label so I could give the staff member the product code at the counter ) , the staff member that served me made it out as if I was in the wrong for not reading the date and that I should have known that their prices were incorrect?? ..... It was the only label for that product on the shelf. Absolutely horrible experience. I DO NOT recommend this store. Save yourself time, energy and money and go next door to mitre 10

    Really helpful staff. I am a DIY enthusiast and their pricing model I think is more geared towards trades people and businesses so kind of hard for me to understand. But everyone was happy and cheerful and friendly. Easy to navigate layout.

    Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Staff members are obnoxious and condescending, to go as far to yell abuse at paying customers whilst other staff just watch as if it’s normal! Repulsive behaviour that’s obviously deemed acceptable. There’s a reason you can only find two customers in this store on a Saturday.
