   I love this place, the staff are amazing. However I have noticed new staff have come in - they are not as accommodating and friendly, and I have never once seen the store close BEFORE 7pm, their closing time. A bit gutted as the previous staff were amazing. Maybe they are just in-fills, but still, the store shouldn't close before the closing time!

   Absolutely outstanding service! The young woman with the short black hair noticed that I am pretty antisocial and I struggle to communicate at times, and I was also feening for a vape so she helped me by presenting me some options and letting me pick which one I was after which turns out I am now a fan of solo device blueberry raspberry! Very attentive, It's honestly been the best experience I've had so far in a vape shop. I have never left a review before, but I felt a need to for this experience! 5/5 ⭐️

   I went in today and immediately the whole shop smelt like Body odour. It was really really strong, and when i went to the check out it was coming from the gentleman working there 100%. It wasn’t a subtle smell at all, i left with what felt like a headache. I usually go to the other vapos but was driving past so i popped in. Ive never experienced that to that level before. Im sure everyone who popped in today wouldve thought the same thing, hopefully it was a one off because thats a massive deterrent from going in there again. I’ve never left a review before but needed to bring it up so hopefully something can be done, it was that bad.

   3 Horrible experiences with Olivia and do not recommend ever buying anything from this store. She was arrogant, righteous and immature. She called me a liar saying I didn’t vape and said she couldn’t contact her manager or regional manager for me to talk too. Their sales will certainly go down with her on the sales floor. I am escalating her horrific behavior to their corporate office. Avoid this location at all costs.

   Love the prices of everything and overall amazing customer service. I usually go in on Sunday’s or Monday’s and the workers Janine, Talia and Sam always look after me properly and give off such welcoming vibes. I now always feel comfortable when coming in store and love seeing either one of them at the counter.

   Went there a few weeks ago to get my first vape. Unfortunately the lady in store at the time didn't really inform me much on how to use and handle the device, which led to me having to go back multiple times this week as I was having quite a few issues. Gotta say now though, that mother-daughter-duo working in store is exceptional!!!!! Awesome customer service, helpful, knowledgable and took their time to troubleshoot with me and explain everything to me!!! Couldn't be more happy with them! So from average service in the beginning it went to exceptional. Very happy customer now
