“Chris is extremely friendly and professional. Very hygienic and thorough with his procedures along with good at making his customers feel comfortable. My friend was treated with the same level of respect and attention that I was, even though she wasn't being pierced. Most of the time he does walk-ins for piercings, but for tattoos he can be fully booked. You also get a free soft drink prior to being pierced which my previous piercer never did. Definitely recommend for piercings!”

As we've been keen to develop a Waka Leadership business leadership programme at Good CX, we wanted to explore how this would work at Fergs. What a day - we were blown away and look forward to future innovation days on the water. Our outstanding experience went way beyond equipment quality and rental. Ed's capability as a safety specialist and adventure coach meant that we could utilise his understanding of leadership on the water. With a small weather window that quickly turned, Ed was able to give context about changing factors in environments. “Aladdin's cave of goodies tucked away behind a rather unassuming exterior. For a relatively small shop the range of spirits in particular puts many larger and better known shops to shame. Small but nice range of quality ports as well. Pricing is competitive. Definitely worth a visit.”
