I am in awe of Build a Birthday. My last minute decision on the 16th to make a birthday cake for my grand daughters upcoming birthday had me stressed that I would'nt be able to make a cake featuring her favourite characters " Mickey and Friends". During my online search I found that Build a Birthday had the perfect figurine toppers however with them located in Upper Hutt i was a bit sceptical about getting it before the 22 July. During the process of ordering they have a section for the date of your event so they can try and have the item to the customer before then and omg did they deliver, i received the figurines today the 18th. Its taken me longer to get items ordered within the Auckland region. Thanks so much for making it possible for me to create a little surprise for my g baby. Sincere gratitude to Build a Birthday team. Oh and the figurines are the perfect size and of superb quality.
Purchased multiple times from build a birthday they are great! We have only ever had one slight issue with misprinted text which they quickly took accountability for and rectified. Exactly what a business should be like. Will continue to purchase and support them for all our family’s cake and party needs. Great communication and customer service also!

My order was out of the door the day after ordering online. Was great fast service and the goods are better than expected! Good quality, good prices and really cool stuff (Dino moulds and cookie cutters for example and real lovely metallic Dino shaped candles and alllll the other themed stuff!) very happy, making this birthday a breeze - would use again.
