   Amazing service from the first phone call, the lovely lady on the end of the phone listened and helped me find a great solution for my 93 year old Mum when her washing machine packed it in 2 weeks before Christmas. My Mum said the young man who came to her unit to replace her washing machine was very polite and professional and Mum was already doing a load of washing when I rang her. I highly recommend this company.

   Thanks Tim and team for fixing our oven thermostat. The feedback i would give is that while the problem was fixed, it was relatively straightforward and didn't require much time or physical effort. I opted for appliance services as a local service to minimize transit time and costs. I don't feel the time charged for time, nearly $300 in total (over two trips) reflects the 10 minutes the job actually took. I did agree to the terms so im not disputing the fees charged other than to say they feel disproportionate to the problem or work done. Thank you. Paul

   Tim the repair guy was amazing!! He is awesome!! (none of this was his fault) Appalling receptionist Wendy! Mucked us around for over four weeks, ordered the wrong parts for our oven, refused to rectify the issue and didn't care she'd Mucked up, very strange interaction, then began abusing me over the phone after I asked for the issue to be rectified, she then hung up and after calling back she told me to take a short walk of a long pier. will never be using this company again simply based on Wendy's unprofessional and disgusting attitude, avoid this company at all costs! 0/10 Have asked for owner to contact me directly to rectify this
