   Cockram Kia is not only your friendly, local car dealer but also good example how to setup customer service. Have been going there regularly for the past 5 years ever since buying our first Kia and overall experience is absolutely the best. Got really professional help with choosing car and finance in first place and now coming back every year for annual servicing which is flawless. Always get reminder before service is due and afterwards car is nicely clean which is what every service should do ! Well done !

   Having previously purchased here I was surprised that the level of service had dropped quite noticeably. Very low trade-in price offered. I fully understand that cars depreciate but when you are asking past customers if they would like to trade up you should have a very sharp pencil ready when they return wanting to purchase (The 3 other offers we got from competitors were all quite a lot higher) Also the Service dept were understaffed due to illness and meant vehicle wasn't ready on time so we skipped the grooming process. People do get sick so my rating doesn't reflect that.

   Great service. Jon was fantastic and friendly. Not pushy and very understanding, as we took our time to make a decision on our purchase. When we received our vehicle, he meticulously went through all of the functions in the car with us and insisted we call him if we had ANY questions about the car. It's obvious that these guys really put the effort in to learning about their product and are passionate about selling it. Top marks!
