   I realise almost all prices have risen in recent times however on purchasing oolong tea last week I can't understand how the price had rocketed from $7.90 six weeks ago to $12.10, a 53% increase. No explanation offered either than 'just the way it is'. End of the oolong tea buying for me.

   Lovely vibe & layout. Feel like your some where special in this store. Really good range of fresh produce, bulk items and specialist grocery (including the nicest raw honeys). Fresh ready to eat salads, slices & drinks also. It’s pricey but the quality, ambience and experience justifies.

   Very good healthfood store - vegetarian, organic, low-profit - with fresh produce, including lots of NZ apples (I’m here in April). Good vegan options. Chilled and frozen items, pastries & breads, hot pot-pies. Large bulk section, with beans, grains, nuts, as well as household products. Many gluten-free items. Garden section attached. Promotes fair trade and ethically sourced products. The attached kitchen produces hummus, muesli, takeaway meals, soup, nut butters and brownies. Piko is a workers co-operative and charitable trust. “We have a strong ethos of keeping our environmental footprint as low as possible.”

   I love this place, and yes, I have given 5 out of 5 historically to other similar types of businesses, I mean these guys are supplying real food......real food, and I oh so appreciate that. Yes, it's been difficult for many over the last 3 years with over regulated health mandates, and it has divided a lot of us, but, I have always found the staff to be very helpful, chatty too....it's all good in my opinion. Great selection of real food. Love those chocolate brownies, especially the pieces with the crusts on them....oh yeah!!!!, noice, very noice. So thank you to the staff at Piko, and I wish you all much love and happiness, even if there are no pieces left of chocolate brownies with the crust on them...I still wish you much love and happiness....hehe.    Thank you for providing such a wonderful selection of organic foods and items (the henna for example is amazing and stays in my hair so well). Ignore the negative comments from people* who won't wear a piece of cloth on their face for a short period of time to protect other people during a once in a 100 year pandemic. Will keep shopping here :) . *I'm referring to people who don't want to wear a mask and claim they are "exempt" rather than the small number of people with genuine exemptions.

   Remarkable collection of loose organic food. Also, the staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help you with your needs. There is also a nice collection of organic flour, you can enjoy trying new healthy food recipes. Highly recommend.
