We went in today to purchase three car seats in order to fit three across in our vehicle. Jen served us and went absolutely above and beyond. She helped us to pick the right seats, talking us through pros and cons of a few seats, she then helped us to trial the fit for the three and then properly install all of them. All this on a stinking hot day, while being lovely to our two preschoolers. Thank you Jen for your amazing service, and thank you Babies NZ for your range of affordable, high quality carseats that enabled us to solve our three across dilemma without compromising on safety or having to remortgage the house! “Shout out to Mister Minit Dunedin! I stupidly lost my one and only car key and the team at Mister Minit were so helpful! I was lucky enough to have the Regional Manager be in town the day I called for help. They were professional, kind and very understanding of my situation and need for my car with having three children and a husband who is currently working away. They were at my house with a smile the same day I called helping me sort a new key. I also work in the same Mall and the Dunedin team are always so friendly even if you are just walking past. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Wide variety of high quality outdoor equipment. While I did not find what I was lookibg for (the product is long discontinued) the staff was very helpfull in going through the products in an attempt to find a suitable alternative. Indeed this chain seems to have tue widest variety of outdoor equipment, from what I've seen so far in Auckland.”

“I went in during a super busy Saturday to purchase some new running shoes, but I wanted to get measured and check my gait. Despite the store being full of people, I was extremely impressed with the service. The guy who helped me was about to tidy up shoes but saw me waiting and helped me. He was efficient, explained everything clearly and gave me two pairs of shoes to try on that were within the budget I had. I'm very happy with my new running shoes and wouldn't hesitate to return based on the service I received.”

“This is the best store if you want knowledgeable advice and great customer service. I first came here about 8 months ago and I was lucky to meet Marco there who spent a considerable amount of time with me, listening and giving me advice. The shoes I bought there are still my favourite and I keep coming back here for more. I honestly think that the experience helped me to become a successful runner. The store can get busy but it is because they truly care about the customers and won't try to rush you or be pushy. Athlete's Foot has the best sales among all the sports shoe stores, which is important for me because shoes can get really expensive. If you are a Parkrunner, you get extra discount too. Whenever I come here, I feel that the store's goal is not to sell me something expensive and see me out, but to keep me coming back. Great job!”

“The staff here are amazing, we were helped by Katherine. We are based in Auckland and were searching for an animal rocker to gift to family in wellington. These were not available online so we had to get in person. Knowing we were flying to wellington she held the rocker for a week and even sent us pictures of it via email to confirm it was the model we wanted. It was the only one left im the country.
