The staff at Spoilt are amazingly helpful and super friendly. They have great knowledge of there products which is awesome. I live in Dunedin but it's my go to place for myself daughter and daughter inlaw

As it has been mentioned here, I was overlooked in preference for a group of older ladies. I did manage to try on three pairs of jeans and be completely ignored by multiple staff members during the entire time I was in the shop. The good news is that I got an idea of style and sizing and ordered two pairs of jeans online from another store.
My favourite clothing store in Christchurch. Great service and a brilliant range of beautiful clothes. If I need a particular item of clothing, Spoilt Boutique never fails to deliver. Highly recommend.
So dissatisfied that I couldn't exchange a sale item,even for another sale item. All I got when I rang to ask was a very abrupt 'No it's not our policy! Simply, I won't shop there again,shame as I have shopped there a bit and am local
Unbelievably that in this day and age there is still the odd retailer holding you to ransom by not providing a refund . I bought some boots $299 that did not fit -I mean this isn't rocket science to think that in this case a refund should be applied. Come-on people get with the real world!!! I would not recommend using the online service unless you want to get trapped. You can stand behind your GRAND T & Cs - DOESNT make it right!! You have a moral obligation and people need to understand the arrogance of the way you run this business.
Eating a meal at B&W, which is across the road from Spoilt. Spoilt owner came over, shifted our drinks/wallet/phone/plates so she could put her business cards on the table - without any excuse me, hello or any kind of acknowledgement. To act this way in another business’s premises, particularly a cafe where people are conversing/eating, is terrible! No basic manners.

I shopped online with this business. The products are lovely and well priced. The parcel was delivered very promptly. There was one small issue that was dealt with immediately, professionally, generously and in a friendly manner. I have a small business myself and know that good customer service is of extreme importance and this business provides it in bucket loads! I am glad I found this business and will continue to shop with them.
