“Passing through Morrinsville, stopped at Health 2000 and found just what I was looking for which was hard to find. Helpful and knowledgeable staff made things easier. Stopping there frequently now as I pass through regularly.”
“Great service from the friendly team.”
“I love this phamacy, enough to write a review, which I hardly ever do. This is much more of a personal service, than a giant chemist. Robyn is amazing, if I have an issue, I speak to her and she always provides me with amazing service and knowledge on excellent products for my issues. Her understanding on vitamins for certain ailments and which ones she'd recommend, have always helped my family and I. I highly recommend this phamacy.”
“Have been taking my cat to Claire and Colin at vetcall for a few years now. I find them to be very thorough and caring veterinarians. The nurses here are super lovely as well. They do also offer afterpay as well as royal canin food bag and pouch recycling. Highly recommend this wonderful team!”
“Summit Grains are always so helpful and patient with me. They have such great customer service. Love going there. Will definately be returning soon.”
“Everyone always takes extra ggod care of our Cosmo. He has required repeated dental work. Dr Scott is fantastic! We are grateful for Barkes Corner Vets and the quality service they provide.”
“Went in to Kiwi Chemist Avondale today to purchase a hot water bottle. Very polite and professional service and extremely reasonable price for what appears to be an excellent quality product.”
“Friendly and helpful advice and service.”
“Supportive kind and knowledgeable- I can't recommend highly enough!”
“We feel that our goat is in very safe hands with her well-being being first and foremost. Knowledgeable staff whom welcome questions. Lots of follow-up on how she's doing with guidance along the way. Thank you.”
“I was initially reluctant to take my cat to the vet, but the process was so quick and efficient that it alleviated all of my concerns. It's such a relief being able to trust that your pet is in professional and caring hands.”
“I had two rabbits and now I have one left. Dr. Kenzie is one of the best doctors. Melow and I are so happy to have you with us.”
“Exceptional customer service from Claire. Very knowledgeable and efficient, helped me pick the perfect product I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back to this store.”
“Pak’nSave Westgate is a newer and tidier branch that still sticks to the chain’s signature no-frills vibe. It’s built for budget shoppers, but it feels a bit more modern compared to some of the older locations. If you’re in the West Auckland area, it’s one of the better options when it comes to balancing affordability with a clean, roomy shopping experience. The store is spacious, well laid out, and usually well-stocked. Aisles are wide, which helps with the flow of foot traffic even during peak hours. It’s still a very practical setup — shelves packed high, lots of bulk products, and nothing fancy in terms of presentation — but everything’s easy to find. Prices are, as always with Pak’nSave, the main draw. You can save quite a bit here, especially on pantry staples, meat, and cleaning products. The produce section is usually decent, with a good range of fruit and veg, though the freshness can still vary day to day. The meat section offers plenty of variety at a decent price point, and the bakery’s got all the basics — bread, rolls, and the usual treats. Staff are generally helpful if you approach them, though it’s still a self-service kind of environment. Don’t expect heaps of interaction, but they’ll assist you if you ask. The checkout area is usually well-staffed, and self-service options are available for smaller shops. Queues move fairly quickly even when it’s busy. Parking is pretty good at Westgate. There’s plenty of space, and it’s easy to get in and out of the carpark compared to other branches. Being part of a large shopping complex also means you can tick off other errands while you’re in the area. Just like other Pak’nSaves, you might find some differences between what’s online and what’s actually in store, so it’s best to shop with a bit of flexibility. Overall, Pak’nSave Westgate is a strong performer. It’s clean, spacious, and reliable for those who want to get a big shop done without overspending. It’s still a no-frills setup, but it feels a little more polished than the older branches, which makes for a smoother experience all round.”
“Very friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Jordan was very kind and helped me pick out what I needed and carried my products to the car. Going above and beyond. Will definitely be coming back”
“I had a really great experience with the 2 lovely staff members yesterday. Both were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable in helping me choose the right products for my puppy. They went above and beyond and I'd definitely pop back in to that store when I'm in the area again.”
“Came in with my little pup Harley and one of the team, Isabelle, despite being on her day off went out of her way to make a fuss and cuddle her. If that wasn't enough she then recognized her again 3 days later and when I visited the store without her a few days after that she remembered her name and asked about her. This was a huge contrast to animates who didn't even look at her or acknowledge her. Customer for life here. Thanks! With love from Harley”
“The team at 3 Kings are amazing. Always welcoming me with a smile. They often me help me carry my purchases to my van. I highly recommend them”
“Woolworths Waiata Shores in Takanini is one of the most impressive and forward-thinking supermarkets in South Auckland. It’s not just a place to shop—it’s part of a larger, eco-conscious development that blends sustainability with everyday convenience. From the moment you walk in, you’ll notice how clean, tidy, and well-organized the store is. The wide aisles, modern fixtures, and inviting layout make for a calm and enjoyable shopping experience. Shoppers often praise the helpful and friendly staff, as well as thoughtful touches like kid-sized trolleys, which make it easier for families to bring their little ones along. What really sets this Woolworths apart, however, is its commitment to sustainability. It holds the distinction of being Auckland’s first supermarket to receive Green Star accreditation, which reflects its environmentally responsible design. The building is fitted with solar panels that generate a portion of its power, along with advanced refrigeration systems that use natural refrigerants. Energy-saving LED lights, water-efficient taps, and even digital shelf labels all contribute to a greener operation. The store also offers EV charging stations and bike parking, making it easier for customers to choose sustainable transport options. In terms of product range, the store has everything you’d expect and more—from fresh produce and a well-stocked bakery to an in-store pharmacy and online order pickup services. It’s strategically located at the entrance of the Waiata Shores development, which is a thoughtfully planned community with parks, walkways, and cafes, creating a welcoming neighborhood hub for locals. Overall, Woolworths Waiata Shores is a great example of how supermarkets can combine excellent service, cleanliness, and convenience with serious environmental efforts. Whether you’re doing your weekly grocery run or picking up a few essentials, this store makes the experience smooth, pleasant, and sustainable.”
