   Betty(staff manager) was such a funny, lovely, helpful lady. She empathized with my issue of a leaking fish tank and she helped me find the perfect fish tank for our Centre fish. We also previously visited here for a filter for our fish tank and were welcomed in and supported. Highly recommend this Pet shop for supplies and impeccable service.

   Absolutely love going here! The staff are so lively and helpful! My last visit, the staff member carried my order to my car which was unexpected but I’m so thankful! I stopped ordering online and now do C&C as this is my chosen store going forward. Love your work, Ladies in store! :)

   Visited the store to buy some dog poo bags, grabbed some that were marked $9.99 and another product for $6.50 when it was rung up it was over $27. The poo bags were wrongly marked @ $9.99 when they are actually $21. A staff member checked and confirmed they are wrongly priced. A BIG difference. You need to check how much you aer charged here!

   The dog wash area is extensively used but unfortunately badly maintained. Often left dirty, regularly overflows from blocked drain, or runs out of shampoo - all which require attention from the (disinterested) staff.

   Its an alright store, the management are a little strange about some things. Bought a yearly dogwash pass and they only give us one token at a time (max of two for a large dog) which is a bit odd. Sometimes have to line up or wait for someone to give us another one.

   Came in to buy a cat litter. The Caucasian employee was very annoyed when we asked questions. I think she was caught by us when going home. The Chinese staff member at the counter was very nice and friendly. Without her this store deserves one star only

   Great service friendly staff at the three kings branch recommend to visit, I use to take my dog to the st luks branch but sadly to say that st luks branch is need better looking after, however the three kings branch 5 star for sure.
